黒酢豚
以前から作ろうと思っていた黒酢豚をついに作ってみました。withﾖｼｽﾞﾐ（最近見るな。というか、チーズケーキを食べにきてた。）ってか、日曜、ﾖｼｽﾞﾐと2人で泡盛ｶﾞﾌﾞｶﾞﾌﾞ飲んで、ﾒﾁｬｸﾁｬ酔っ払ってやがったな。あんな酔っ払ってるﾖｼｽﾞﾐはめったに見れないので、とりあえず、晒しておきます。（山羊の玉刺しも食べたな）んで、黒酢豚に話を戻して、いきなり結果発表。
まず、野菜が玉ねぎだけ！適量売ってないんや。。この辺には、、んで、片栗粉多すぎ！この辺は今度調整しよう。んで、何よりもミスったのが、分量ミス。。肉に対して、アンが少なかった。。その辺も次回ちゃんとしよう。
でも、味はそれっぽかったのでOK！今回が60点だとしたら、次回は90点取ってやる！（普通）
