俺レシピ。吉野家風牛丼を作ってみた
テニスからの帰り、無性にサンボの牛丼が食べたくなったけど、「やせないと！」ということなので、家で作ることにした。参考にしたレシピはgoogleで「牛丼 レシピ」と検索して出てきたdrk7.jpの吉野家の牛丼再現の作り方（version3α）。それを参考に、家にないもの、代用できるものを適用した俺レシピがこちら。

ほとんど、そろっていない。。とりあえず、肉に合わせて全ての材料を6倍にしてみた。（いいのかそれで、、）で、
玉ねぎざく切りを電子レンジで２分。しんなりとなるまで。ということで、量も考慮し、5分チンしてみました。
煮汁と玉ねぎざく切りを入れ、汁がしみこみ柔らかくなるまで弱火で煮詰める。こんな感じ。左奥はご飯を炊く鍋。健康志向ということで玄米炊いてます。でね、この辺で気づいたんだけど、生姜とニンニク入れすぎました。。すごい匂い、、これはまずいと、煮汁を半分ほど捨て、水を入れなおし、適当に醤油、砂糖を入れて味を調えました。。
玉ねぎを別容器に移し、汁だけにし、牛肉を入れ、沸騰しないように灰汁を取りつつしばらく煮込み、別容器の玉ねぎを入れて、灰汁を取りつつしばらく煮込む。と、こんな感じになった。まあ、薄味かな？
炊いてた玄米が炊き上がった。
で、よそったのがこれ！
賞味期限切れ4日後の卵と七味をかけて完成！えぇー、、
味は薄味。まあ、健康的ということにしますか、今日は疲れたな。。

玄米＆薄味ということで、つゆだくで食べてみました。昨日はこうじろう、かずみねえにも振舞って、無事、完売です！
残った汁、なんかに使えないかな？うどんでも煮込んでみようかな？
