五行@西麻布

高校時代の友人に誘われ、西麻布の五行に行ってきました。

待ち合わせから遅れること数十分。麻布十番からタクシーで着いた店の前には長蛇の列が、、しかし、友人らの姿はなく、すでに店の中で待っているようでした。席に着くと、角煮、だし巻き玉子をつまみにビールを飲む友人らの姿。どうやら、そこらにあるラーメン屋ではなく、『ラーメンもありますよ。』といったおしゃれな飲み屋といった感じです。彼女ともこれそうな雰囲気、二郎とは対極を成すラーメン屋といったところでしょうか？

面子もそろったところで、「焦がし醤油」、「焦がしの味噌」、「塩」、「つけ麺（大盛）」と、一通り注文してみました。

まずは、つけ麺（大盛）。大食いのミツ君のために頼んでみたところ、驚異的な量の麺が、、麺がこれだけ多いと、スープの熱が奪われ、最後のほうは美味しく食べられなくなります。。（まあ、わかってたことですけど）

普通のどんぶりと比べると、こんなモッサリ。

これが、塩。ちょっとインパクトにかけるかな。（味も、見た目も）

で、これが焦がし味噌か、醤油。見た目通りの焦げた味ですが、それが、他の店では味わえない味！「こげは発癌性物質だから、食べちゃダメ！捨てなさい！」と、よく母親が言ってましたけど、特命リサーチ200X で都市伝説だと言っていたので、安心して食べてください。

西麻布の五行ですが、結構おすすめのラーメン屋です。欠点として、ラーメン屋特有の回転の速さが失われているので、並んでる人が少なくても、かなり待つかもしれません。まあ、入ってしまえば、その分ゆっくり出来るということですので、焦がしラーメンを堪能してください。
